This netbook is almost as old as me, it was my first personal computer (that wasn't shared), and I used it as a daily driver for several years until getting what is now licorice.
The OS it came with was 32-bit (I assume Win7Starter didn't have 64-bit) but the CPU is perfectly capable of running x86_64 OSes
